In this particular patient’s case the breasts where not only large, they had what Dr. Thomas defines as a tubular shape. Overly enlarged male breasts can cause a great insecurity in men that is because large breast tend to be a more feminine quality.

Dr. Thomas has great experience in the reduction of male breasts. This procedure will be performed in conjunction with liposuction 6 months later. The goal of this particular procedure was performed with the following goals in mind: to remove the excess skin, create a symmetrical appearance and reduce the size of the breast tissue.

Post operative photos were taken 2 weeks after surgery. 22 year old male patient had enlarged tubular breasts and severe sagging. Incision were made along the pedicle lines, and down towards the pectoralis major muscle. The muscle was not exposed. The wounds were closed in layers.

Breast Reduction. Age 44. Female Patient suffering from neck and back pains due to enlargement of her breasts. Before the reduction patients was wearing a D cup on left side and double D on the right side. Patient had asymmetry. 346 grams of tissue was removed form the right and 280 grams from the left. The breasts are now symmetrical in size and shape.
